Awesome Women of Singapore

Awesome Women of Singapore is a collection of stories about inspiring Singapore women from the country's past to the present day. It features notable figures such as Hajjah Fatimah binte Sulaiman, Laurentia Tan, and Hedwig Anuar, among others. The book highlights their contributions across various fields including business, sports, activism, and more, illustrating how their efforts helped shape Singapore today. The stories aim to motivate young children and inspire future generations, depicting women from diverse backgrounds who faced hardships but persevered to achieve their dreams. The book is illustrated by 10 female Singapore artists and was produced in collaboration with the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO). It also includes stories from the Singapore Women’s Hall of Fame.
