Muslim Character

The book presents the comprehensive nature of Islamic morality, covering all aspects of life—public and private, religious and social, economic and political. Islamic morality extends beyond Muslim society to human society at large. The essential qualities of Muslim character include Taqwa, truthfulness, trust, sincerity, tolerance, forgiveness, patience, fairness in dealings, brotherhood, love, mercy, and generosity. This personality is attainable and was exemplified by the Messenger of God, who was sent to perfect moral character. It is incumbent on all Muslims to strive for the moral character exemplified by the Messenger of God.
