The Womps: Pinto’s Pinky Promises

Get to know the Womps—Pinto, So-ya, Kofi, and Chick Bee—a fun and furry group of characters who don’t always get things right the first time. Pinto Womp enjoys locking fingers and making pinky promises with his friends, but can he follow through on all of his promises? The author, Samantha Han, is an undergraduate at Nanyang Technological University and loves children's picture books, which are her favorite reading material. She enjoys spending her free time drinking coffee, dancing, and baking cookies. Pinto’s Pinky Promises is her first published title. The illustrator, John Lim, also known as “SeeSaw,” is a curious dreamer who loves to illustrate and doodle. He believes in expressing ideas freely without rules. He graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic in Animation and also holds a BA in Design Communication. He has authored several children’s books, including Ryan and Rex and The Lonely Boy and the Ugly Dog.
